WHAT A LONG DAY!
That’s the end of chapter 11, as we go into Fritz Fargo’s 7th year. I’m going to be taking the next month off from the comic, to take a much needed rest (and work on the next chapter). I’ll have some guest comics and art up to keep you entertained, though!

This whole chapter was stunning!!! I really enjoyed being able to see how Seth and fritz met and why he started to date him in the first place. Its hard to really blame johnny for falling in love with Seth given the circumstances, it always starts so nice in those situations. So I’m proud of him for owning up to his past mistakes even though its extremely rough to do. Its almost impossible to pick a favorite part of this chapter but if I had to, I would go with the period at the end of the chapter when they’re smoking in the woods and just being honest with each other for those pages, it felt really familiar to me personally. I genuinely hope that fritz doesn’t break and go back to Seth at some point, I already have a vague idea about how difficult its going to be for fritz to come off of the hard drugs and try to add some stability to his life without seth so I’m rooting for johnny!
Fowlie your art is so expressive and beautiful that I normally spend 10 minutes at a time looking at pages. You definitely deserve a break from this story! Go rest that hand before it starts to bleed! I hope you have a very lovely vacation and can unwind as much as you want.
Wow! I just binged this entire comic last night. I just have to say, wow! Fritz is really filling a hole in my heart that BFF left when it ended. I love the art style, it reminds me of old cartoons like Betty Boop. I hope you enjoy your break (well deserved, I’m sure), and I look forward to seeing what comes next! I just want these boys to be happy T_T
